The goal of the Menifee Union School District Business Services Division is to provide quality support to the educational programs of the District. The following departments comprise the Business Services Division:

Facilities Planning - Plan and supervise all new construction within the District, as well as all major renovation projects such as those provided for in recent general obligation bonds. Oversees all Community Facility Districts (CFD's) and the financial accounting of such districts. 

Fiscal Services – Budget development and monitoring, accounts payable and receivable.

Maintenance & Operations Maintenance Department repairs and refurbishes District facilities. The District has an internal maintenance crew and contracts out other repair and maintenance work not performed in-house. Operations Department keeps classrooms and other District facilities clean.

 - Provide meals to students who do not bring meals from home. Free and reduced priced meals are available for students who qualify.

Purchasing – Purchase school supplies, furnishings and equipment, track district assets, and process outside consultant agreements.

Student Attendance - Maintain student attendance accounting records and complete State-mandated attendance reports

Transportation Services - Provide bus service to eligible students who do not go to school by other means of transportation.
